Tour Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Tour Coordinator to oversee the planning and execution of tours for visiting groups at Wonderful Pistachios & Almonds. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring seamless logistics for our guests.

• Plan and coordinate tours for visiting groups, including customers, growers, vendors, and community groups
• Manage company vehicle requests and arrange transportation as needed
• Ensure PPE and gift bags are readily available and organized
• Compile special reports and perform administrative duties as required
• Schedule tours, company vehicles, and arrange for transportation
• Work with La Cocina on menus and catering needs
• Manage PPE and gift bag supply inventory
• Handle office and visit-related requests from other Wonderful companies
• Conference room scheduling as needed

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative/hospitality/customer service capacity
• Bilingual in English and Spanish communication is preferred
• Superior critical thinking skills, oral and written communication skills, and ability to effectively interact with all levels of management
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with a high degree of tact, initiative, accuracy, judgment, and superior interpersonal skills
• Computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus. The employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and condensed work areas, and occasionally exposed to extreme heat and loud noise levels.

The employee may spend 50% or more of their work hours on the plant floor. Pay Range: $23.70-$28.85 / hr
