Tour Coordinator

The Tour Coordinator is a key member of our team at Wonderful Pistachios & Almonds, responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of tours for visiting groups. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks.

• Plan and coordinate tours for visiting groups, including scheduling and logistics
• Manage company vehicle requests and transportation arrangements
• Ensure that all necessary PPE and gift bags are available and organized
• Communicate effectively with internal and external clients, including executive, administrative, and line management personnel
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• Perform administrative duties, including scheduling, reporting, and data entry

• 1-2 years of experience in an administrative/hospitality/customer service capacity
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• Language skills: bilingual in English and Spanish communication is preferred

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus. The employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and condensed work areas. The employee is also exposed to dust particles. The employee may spend 50% or more of their work hours on the plant floor.

Pay Range: $23.70-$28.85 / hr
