Mail Delivery Specialist

Rural Route Delivery
As a Rural Carrier Associate with the US Postal Service, you will be responsible for delivering mail and packages to customers along a designated rural route. This involves:
- Driving a postal vehicle to deliver mail and packages to customers
- Loading and unloading mail from the vehicle
- Sorting mail in delivery sequence for the assigned route
Customer Service
Providing excellent customer service is a top priority in this role. You will respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance as needed. This includes:
- Responding to customer calls and emails
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns
- Providing information and assistance to customers regarding mail and package services
