Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of surgical patients.
- Collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including medical histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic testing.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab results and imaging studies.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, including medication management and surgical interventions.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on surgical procedures, recovery, and post-operative care.
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and enhance the overall quality of care.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
