- Visit patients in their homes, providing flexible and patient-centered care.
- Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of Texas.
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance, with access to a reliable vehicle.
- A competitive salary range of $95,000 - $115,000.
