- Use a variety of tools and equipment, including power tools, ladders, and solvents.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Communicate effectively with residents, colleagues, and management.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 coverage.
- Maintain a valid driver's license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of maintenance experience.
- Good working knowledge of maintenance services, including plumbing, electrical, appliances, heating and air-conditioning, and general construction.
- Ability to use simple tools and power tools.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Passion for helping others.
- Flexibility with schedule and ability to participate in on-call rotation.
- Valid driver's license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage.
