The estimated annual salary for this role is $200,000, which reflects the level of expertise and experience required. As a Primary Care Physician with Proactive MD, you will be responsible for overseeing patient-centered comprehensive primary care services at our Health and Wellness Center. This includes performing episodic, preventive, and/or primary healthcare, developing personalized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, and providing referrals to appropriate medical resources or specialty providers as needed.

To succeed in this role, you should possess 1+ years post-residency experience, a current and valid state medical license, and board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively, and knowledge of HIPAA confidentiality requirements are also essential.
