Join our team at Hidden Treasures ABA Therapy Services as an ABA Therapist, where you'll play a vital role in helping children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) achieve their full potential.

About the Role

This is a full-time position offering a competitive compensation package of $22-$25 per hour. Based in the San Fernando Valley, you'll work closely with our experienced management team and BCBA supervisors to provide top-notch Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services to families in need.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver in-person behavior intervention services to help children develop essential skills
  • Implement personalized behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans tailored to each child's unique needs
  • Collect, record, and verify data on patient progress, ensuring accurate reporting and informed decision-making
  • Collaborate with clients to write notes and follow plans developed by BCBA specialists for skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • A minimum high school degree or equivalent required; prior experience in ABA therapy or a related field preferred
  • Candidates must pass a thorough background check and possess a TB test clearance
  • Covid-19 vaccination or regular testing is mandatory; CPR certification can be facilitated during onboarding
  • RBT Certification is a plus but not necessary
