Gpac is seeking a highly experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead our team in delivering large-scale commercial projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project teams to deliver commercial construction projects, including new construction and renovations
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement quality control measures
  • Manage project finances, including cost control, job costing, and forecasting
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members

Requirements:

  • 9+ years of experience in commercial construction as a Project Manager or Lead Project Manager
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale commercial projects on time and on budget
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Project Management tools
  • Knowledge of safety practices and procedures, with a strong commitment to ensuring a safe working environment
