Job SummaryThe Clinical Nurse is a vital member of our healthcare team, responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients and their families. This role requires a strong commitment to patient-centered care, and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide total comprehensive nursing care to patients and their families, based on individual needs and physician orders.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care, taking into account the patient's physical, psychological, and socioeconomic status.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
- Support the mission, values, and management of patient care services at WakeMed.
- Adhere to the ANA Scope and Standards of Nursing Practice, North Carolina Board of Nursing Practice Act, and WakeMed's Division of Nursing Professional Practice model.
- No experience required.
- Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
- Registered Nurse licensure required.
7:00 pm - 7:00 am, with every fourth weekend required.
