Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor and motivate a team of growth marketing experts, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Design and implement data-driven marketing strategies, prioritizing opportunities based on market insights.
- Lead multi-channel acquisition campaigns, including paid media, PPC, and SEO, while optimizing conversion funnels and landing pages.
- Develop customer retention strategies and implement effective segmentation and targeting methodologies.
- Utilize analytics to assess and enhance performance, optimizing expenditure across channels based on insights.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor progress, and present performance reports.
- Operate with a digital-first approach, demonstrating a willingness to take calculated risks.
- Collaborate with product, commercial, website, and creative teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A minimum of 7 years in digital marketing, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in brand marketing and proven ability to manage and lead diverse teams.
- Expertise in leading, analyzing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various platforms; experience with major retailers preferred.
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing and influencer partnership programs.
- In-depth understanding of the consumer journey and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and web analytics tools.
