About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitor to join our Xperience XRG team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our buildings, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our employees and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and supply designated building areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning ceiling vents
  • Perform routine inspection and maintenance activities, documenting any deficiencies or needs for repairs
  • Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects as assigned
  • Notify management of any occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
  • Make adjustments and minor repairs as needed
  • Stock and maintain supply rooms
  • Cooperate with the rest of the staff to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment
Requirements
  • Ability to observe safety and security procedures and to comply with policies
  • Ability to read and interpret written information, write clear statements, and communicate orally
  • Must be able to do physical work and operate power equipment normally found in janitorial operations
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow schedules and keep commitments
  • Ability to follow directions from a supervisor and demonstrate professionalism
  • Must be able to manage time efficiently and work individually as well as within a team
