As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving sales and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Experience: Provide outstanding guest service, ensuring that every guest has a memorable dining experience.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Financial Management: Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless restaurant operations, including food safety, sanitation, and quality control.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase revenue.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years of general management or supervisor experience in the restaurant industry.
