We are seeking a skilled Medical Device Manufacturing Technician to join our team at Aerotek in Irvine, California.

Job Summary:

This is a full-time opportunity that requires a high level of skill and attention to detail. As a Medical Device Manufacturing Technician, you will be responsible for producing high-quality medical devices in a clean room environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with chemicals, polymers, and various equipment and machinery. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Excel and other computer software packages.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $24.00 - $24.00 per hour, based on location and experience.

About the Job:

You will work in a cleanroom environment, primarily standing throughout your shift. The dress code includes cleanroom attire, and candidates must be familiar with gowning and de-gowning processes.

The work schedule includes 2nd shift from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, with occasional overtime on weekdays and Saturdays as needed.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate machinery to produce medical devices that meet specifications.
  • Follow manufacturing instructions and update relevant job documentation accurately for traceability.
  • Pack and sterilize products, including preparation of excipient formulations and spray coating formulations.
  • Inspect products using a microscope and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in the medical device industry, preferably with 2-3 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in English (medium level) and ability to read, comprehend, and follow written procedures.
  • Ability to understand and follow verbal instructions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other computer software packages.
