Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  1. Pre-Operative Care: Coordinate and oversee the pre-operative care process, ensuring patients receive thorough assessments, education, and preparation for surgical procedures.
  2. Post-Anesthesia Care: Manage the post-anesthesia care process, ensuring patients are safely monitored and cared for following surgical procedures.
  3. Patient Advocacy: Serve as an advocate for patients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
  4. Operational Support: Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Pre-Op and PACU departments, including scheduling, resource management, and quality assurance initiatives.
  5. Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes, adhering to regulatory and compliance standards.
  6. Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
