We are in search of a highly qualified and experienced IT Business Consultant to assist in our extensive implementation of a new global brand. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for evaluating requirements, crafting, and executing a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with our brand transformation goals. Your duties will encompass planning, coordinating, and managing all IT-related activities tied to this brand initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accountability among internal and external stakeholders through formal agreements, while representing the brand transition throughout the organization.
- Collaborate with IT operations and enterprise applications to confirm that the scope of IT assets is in harmony with the overall application portfolio.
- Evaluate existing systems and infrastructure for compatibility with the new brand identity, identifying necessary upgrades or enhancements.
- Oversee data migration processes during the transition phase, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Maintain effective communication with all levels of management regarding progress updates, challenges, and recommendations.
- Provide post-transition support to address any IT-related issues that may arise following implementation.
- Identify and escalate risks to leadership, ensuring timely attention and appropriate action for potential issues.
- Demonstrate a proven history of managing complex initiatives involving diverse internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment throughout the program lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Over 7 years of progressive IT leadership experience in an environment with significant business exposure.
- Proven track record in successfully delivering major programs with multiple stakeholders.
- Expertise in both business and technology.
- Proficient in conflict management.
- Experience in a matrix environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of IT systems and technology architecture.
- Ability to anticipate customer needs and expectations.
- Capability to influence associates outside of your direct reporting structure.
- Demonstrated strategic agility.
- Advanced interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities at all management levels.
- Exceptional presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
