Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in a high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Culinary Expertise: Proven ability to manage food cost, inventory, and labor control.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual skills are a plus.
  • Teamwork and Attitude: Demonstrate exceptional teamwork and a positive attitude, with flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
  • Culinary Skills: Accurately and efficiently teach cooking techniques, including meats, fish, vegetables, and other hot food products.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain a clean, organized, and well-maintained work area, adhering to industry standards.
