Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in a high-volume kitchen environment.
- Culinary Expertise: Proven ability to manage food cost, inventory, and labor control.
- Language Skills: Bilingual skills are a plus.
- Teamwork and Attitude: Demonstrate exceptional teamwork and a positive attitude, with flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
- Culinary Skills: Accurately and efficiently teach cooking techniques, including meats, fish, vegetables, and other hot food products.
- Organizational Skills: Maintain a clean, organized, and well-maintained work area, adhering to industry standards.
- Previous Experience: Previous high-volume experience is preferred.
