About the Role

This full-time Registered Nurse position is responsible for providing individualized care to adult patients on the medical-surgical unit. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills and expertise in medical-surgery nursing, as well as participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care, adhering to hospital policies and procedures, as well as applicable state Nursing Practice Acts and ANA Standards of Practice.
  • Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, developing personalized care plans to meet their unique requirements.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring timely documentation and adherence to HIPAA guidelines.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
  • Current Registered Nurse/RN licensure or multi-state compact license required.
  • Ability to achieve and maintain BCLS certification required.
  • Minimum one year prior Registered Nurse/RN experience preferred.
