We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse to join our team at DaVita, a leading provider of dialysis services. As a Nurse in an outpatient setting, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality care to patients with end-stage renal failure and chronic kidney disease.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, paid time off, and more.

Job Responsibilities

As a Nurse at DaVita, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing compassionate care to patients with end-stage renal failure and chronic kidney disease
  • Overseeing treatment plans and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
  • Conducting patient observations, measuring stats, and machine set up
  • Building meaningful relationships with patients and their families
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N.) from an accredited school of nursing
  • Experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg)
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification
