Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Laboratory Technologist to join our team at Stony Brook University Hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of laboratory tests and procedures, including blood draws and sample analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform laboratory tests and procedures, including blood draws and sample analysis
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of test results and procedures
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure accurate and timely test results
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory operations

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or related field
* Certification as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist (CLT) or equivalent
* 2+ years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
