Irving Knight Group: Senior Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage large-scale multifamily projects from inception through completion.

As a Senior Project Manager at Irving Knight Group, you will oversee the full lifecycle of multifamily projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and exceptional quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure seamless project execution.
  • Client & Stakeholder Communication: Foster strong relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams, facilitating effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Budget and Cost Management: Create and manage detailed project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial parameters are met or exceeded.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Establish and maintain project schedules, ensuring all phases are coordinated effectively and delivered on time.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams, providing direction, support, and guidance to optimize efficiency and success.
  • Quality Control & Safety Compliance: Enforce safety standards and conduct regular inspections to guarantee compliance with local regulations and company standards for quality and safety.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate or address issues proactively, minimizing project disruptions.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing multifamily residential projects valued over $80 million.
  • Leadership experience in teams of 6+ including APMs and Superintendents.
  • Multitasking ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Experience with CM Delivery Method, with IPD experience being a plus.
  • Familiarity with Owner Contracts, including AIA 102, 201, and Consensus 500.
  • Proficiency in construction software, such as Procore, CPM Scheduling P-6, and BIM knowledge.
  • Deep foundation and waterproofing experience.
  • Subcontractor negotiation and management expertise.
  • Bilingualism, with Spanish proficiency highly desirable.

The estimated annual salary for this role is $145,000, based on industry standards for Senior Project Managers in Miami, Florida. Additional benefits include bonuses and additional perks, contributing to a competitive compensation package.
