About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Catering Specialist to join our team at Chick-fil-A Wilkes-Barre. As a Catering Specialist, you will be responsible for executing every catering order with excellence, while being an ambassador for our Chick-fil-A culture with every interaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow our catering business line through active sales and developing leads
  • Coordinate with the Kitchen Director/Manager to fulfill catering orders
  • Input catering orders and train other leaders and team members to do the same
  • Complete all set-up and preparation for each catering order, including boxes, utensils, sauces, bags, etc.
  • Deliver catering orders and/or plan for order delivery
  • Complete all set-up on site for the guest
  • Put all catering-related items away upon return to the store
  • Cash out the catering order upon delivery
  • Keep inventory of catering supplies and inform the Kitchen Director of ordering needs
  • Create systems or processes to improve our catering service
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong sense of ownership and initiative

  • Likes to interact with people and provide excellent customer service
  • Physically able to manage the set-up and delivery of catering orders
