Responsibilities

  • Educate clients on insurance options and provide personalized guidance to help them make informed decisions.
  • Assist with Medicare applications and enrollments, ensuring seamless transitions for our clients.
  • Develop new business opportunities through proactive marketing and lead generation.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to retain their business and exceed their expectations.

Requirements

  • Health and Life insurance license or willingness to obtain one.
  • Ability to pass a thorough background check.
  • Exceptional communication and phone skills, with a focus on building trust with clients.
  • Strong computer literacy and organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Flexibility to work in-office and build a schedule around client needs.

Compensation
