As a Night Auditor at High Hotels Ltd., your role will involve effectively representing the hotel to guests by responding courteously and efficiently to their needs, assisting with check-ins and check-outs, providing information, and managing revenue and expense transactions. You will also be tasked with ensuring the safety and security of both guests and team members.

This position is part-time, primarily scheduled from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM on various days, including weekends. There may be occasional shifts from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Availability on weekends (Friday and Saturday) and holidays is essential.

Weekend shifts include a $2/hour premium.

Starting pay ranges from $15.50 to $16.50 per hour, based on experience.

Key responsibilities for our Night Auditor include:
  • Assisting guests with check-in and check-out processes.
  • Managing guest reservations, including taking, modifying, and canceling as needed.
  • Handling cash transactions accurately.
  • Generating and reviewing night audit reports.
  • Upholding hotel safety and security protocols.
  • Communicating hotel amenities and services to guests.
  • Maintaining daily operational logs.
  • Delivering express check-out receipts and newspapers as required.
  • Supporting Breakfast Attendant duties when necessary.
  • Assisting with laundry tasks as needed.
Our ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred.
  • Experience in customer service is advantageous.
  • Ability to handle monetary transactions accurately.
  • Strong reading, math, and communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and auditing is preferred.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays is mandatory.
