About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Imaging Department Supervisor to join our team at CommonSpirit Health Mountain Region. As a key member of our healthcare operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the daily activities of our imaging units, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, employee engagement, and productivity
  • Coordinate and manage the daily activities of the imaging units, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation
  • Provide leadership and guidance to imaging technologists and other staff members, promoting a positive and supportive work environment
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, including patient satisfaction, employee engagement, and productivity
  • Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience as a technologist in a healthcare setting
  • 1 year of lead or supervisory experience, preferably in a radiology or imaging department
  • Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
  • ARRT, ARDMS, or CNMT registry in at least one of the assigned modalities
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in a healthcare-related field
