Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team at ManTech. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and management of complex engineering projects and tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the technical point of contact for the Program Manager and team members.
  • Contribute to program efforts in areas such as task cost, schedule, and deliverables status updates.
  • Monitor risk and develop risk containment strategies to ensure proper performance of tasks.
  • Utilize expert communication skills to direct technical resources and report on technical progress, issues, and problem areas.
  • Assist higher-level project managers with resource allocation and provide effective management of the contractor's effort.
  • Work with partner engagement teams to establish relationships and ensure appropriate priorities are established.
Requirements
  • Eight years of related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Current/Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 10-20 years of related experience.
  • Experience in conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, and financial data monitoring and reporting.
  • Experience working with JIRA/Confluence and Office along with other Project Management Tools.
