Gastroenterologist Physician with Recruitment/Relocation Incentive

The National Medical Association is seeking a highly skilled Gastroenterologist Physician to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients with illnesses within the scope of Gastroenterology and hepatitis.
Key Responsibilities- Provide primary, secondary, and tertiary care in both hospitalized and outpatient settings
- Identify patients' health problems and design diagnostic and therapeutic plans to meet these needs
- Coordinate activities of other health service personnel and resolve problems affecting patient care
- Provide education for patients and family members regarding their care, illness, and management
- United States Citizenship
- Doctor of Medicine or equivalent degree from an approved school
- Current, full and unrestricted license to practice medicine or surgery in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States
- Residency training approved by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs in an accredited core specialty training program leading to eligibility for board certification
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Gastroenterology and/or Internal Medicine
- Fellowship training in Gastroenterology
- Three to five years of Gastroenterologist experience, preferably in VA or the Department of Defense
The Gastroenterologist Physician will work in a fast-paced healthcare environment, providing care to patients with a wide range of gastrointestinal disorders. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
