Family Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

Fast Pace Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our growing team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and providing exceptional service to our patients.
Responsibilities:- Lead clinic staff in delivering excellent patient care and ensuring quality professional services.
- Provide guidance and support to ensure accurate completion of patient charts and forwarding charts as appropriate.
- Implement clinical protocols as outlined by the CMO and Supervising Physicians.
- Analyze and interpret patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses.
- Order, perform, or interpret the results of diagnostic tests, and responsibly prescribe medications and educate patients on continued treatment and care of acute and chronic conditions.
- Perform therapeutic procedures, including but not limited to I&D, splinting, suturing, managing infection, and wound care.
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice, such as Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice.
- Masters Degree in Nursing Compliance.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and autonomous environment.
