Outreach Works is looking for a dedicated Parental Access Advocate to join our team. As a Parental Access Advocate, you will play a vital role in supporting families and promoting healthy relationships between parents and their children.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $47,500-$50,500 based on 20 hours of work per week. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, generous PTO, and a 401(k) plan.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Scheduling and facilitating visits between non-custodial parents/caregivers and children
  • Providing education and resources to families and caregivers on healthy co-parenting practices
  • Assessing and addressing the needs of participants through regular home visits and assessments
  • Collaborating with other agencies and professionals to ensure comprehensive support services

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's or Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as child development or family therapy
  • 2-4 years of experience working with families and children in a similar capacity
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
