Behavioral Analyst

Benchmark Human Services is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Tifton, GA. As a BCBA, you will work with adult clients with intellectual developmental disabilities, providing behavioral supports and interventions to help them achieve independence and community involvement.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a temporary residential home setting, where you will have the flexibility to create and implement individualized behavioral support plans. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide direct supervision, assessment, intervention, and staff training. Your expertise will be essential in helping our clients reach their maximum potential.

• Develop and implement behavioral support plans (BSPs) for adult clients with intellectual developmental disabilities.
• Provide direct supervision, assessment, intervention, and staff training to ensure effective implementation of BSPs.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and program data.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
• Attend agency, departmental, and client-specific meetings as required.

• BCBA certification or eligibility.
• Master's degree in psychology, behavioral analysis, education, social work, or a related field.
• Minimum of 35 hours of training and education in behavioral analysis and behavioral supports.
• At least two years of experience working with behavioral supports evaluation and services for people with developmental disabilities.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
