Behavioral Analyst

Benchmark Human Services is seeking a highly skilled Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Behavior Specialist to join our team in Tifton, GA. As a BCBA, you will work with 1 to 4 adults with intellectual developmental disabilities in a temporary residential home, providing behavioral services and support to help them become more independent and involved in their community.

• Provide direct supervision and behavioral services to clients, including assessment, intervention, and staff training.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and provide regular updates to the team.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized behavioral support plans.
• Conduct functional assessments and develop strategies to address challenging behaviors.
• Provide training and support to direct support staff on implementation of individual behavioral support plans.

• BCBA certification or eligibility and willingness to obtain within 2 years.
• Master's degree in psychology, behavioral analysis, education, social work, or related field.
• Minimum of 35 hours training and education in behavioral analysis and behavioral supports.
• At least 2 years' experience with behavioral supports evaluation and services for people with developmental disabilities.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
