NP/PA Nocturnist Position Available in Brockton, MA
Position Overview:
- Join a healthcare facility with a closed ICU, supported by intensivists available around the clock, seeking board-certified or board-eligible internal medicine or family medicine practitioners.
- Your duties will encompass approximately 9 admissions per night, handling floor calls, providing limited supervision to advanced practice providers, and mentoring transitional year residents.
- Be an integral part of the rapid response and code teams, with all team members certified in basic life support and advanced cardiovascular life support.
- Participate in regular lunch meetings aimed at updates and addressing any concerns.
- Work schedule is from 7 PM to 7 AM.
- Options available for full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts, with a full-time schedule of 7 consecutive days on followed by 7 days off.
- Utilize Meditech and the internal informatics platform for patient management.
- Comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life and AD&D insurance, disability coverage, a 401k plan with matching contributions, paid malpractice and tail coverage, along with a CME allowance. There is also a pathway to partnership for future career advancement.
