As an EMT, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care in both pre-hospital and hospital settings, responding to emergency calls, and working collaboratively with our healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in both pre-hospital and hospital settings
- Respond to emergency calls and provide critical care to patients
- Work collaboratively with our healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient care
- Participate in protocol development, quality assurance programs, and equipment/medication changes or upgrades
- Complete required vehicle, equipment, and supply inspections
- Certified State of Iowa E.M.T. certification
- Active BLS certification
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
