- Provide skill-building and case management services to clients with high needs, promoting their recovery and independence.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to client privacy laws, demonstrating sensitivity and understanding of diverse cultures and backgrounds.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Two years of experience in the behavioral health field, including active participation in the recovery process.
- A valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle for work-related travel.
- The ability to obtain the Certified Recovery Support Specialist (CRSS) credential within one year of hire.
