Position Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire opportunity with a duration of 6 months.

Work Environment

This role is fully on-site. The position involves operating machinery in the Dicing department, focusing on sizing ceramic components for clients. The dress code is casual. The company operates with a workforce of 46 employees across five departments and is family-owned. You will collaborate closely with a team of engineers, though not on a daily basis. Your direct supervisor will be the Production Manager. This position is scheduled for the second shift, Monday through Thursday, with hours from 2:30 PM to 12:30 AM, offering a competitive pay range of $21-24 per hour.
