At Thrust Flight, we take pride in being one of the leading flight training institutions in the nation. We are seeking exceptional Certified Flight Instructors who are passionate about aviation and committed to providing high-quality instruction.

As a Certified Flight Instructor, you will have the opportunity to teach various programs across a diverse fleet of aircraft. This role includes the potential for cross-country aircraft deliveries, allowing you to accumulate the flight hours necessary for a successful career in aviation.

Our flight instruction team values the art of flying and is dedicated to nurturing the next generation of pilots. We emphasize a supportive learning environment rather than a high-pressure atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional flight training and mentorship to students and customers.
  • Promote Thrust Flight’s offerings to potential clients in various settings.
  • Comply with all operational policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
  • Collaborate with dispatchers and fellow instructors to ensure safe and efficient flight operations.
  • Establish a consistent schedule of availability in coordination with dispatch.
  • Engage in additional projects and responsibilities as they arise.

This position is full-time, with an expected commitment of approximately 40 hours per week. Once your schedule is established, consistent availability is required, and punctuality is essential.

Flight instructors will report directly to the Chief Pilot and Assistant Chief Pilots. All candidates must verify their identity and eligibility to work in the United States as part of the hiring process.

Please note that our training fleet includes various aircraft types, and applicants must meet all relevant legal weight and balance limitations.
