Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSalary:

As one of the premier flight schools in the country, Thrust Flight prides itself on the quality of its instructional staff.  We are looking for only the best flight instructors who want to work at one of the best flight schools in the country

Certified Flight Instructors at Thrust Flight can instruct various programs in a multitude of aircraft, with opportunities for cross-country aircraft deliveries and gaining the hours you need to get to the airlines in a short amount of time. Too often we see flight instructors working at schools that tend to be "pilot mills" with an “get 'em in-and-out” attitude. Our flight instruction team actually enjoys flying

Join our August New Hire Class which begins August 26th, 2024

  • All candidates must have their Certified Flight Instructor Certificate with Instrument Privileges (CFII) to be considered.

As a member of the Thrust Flight team, we ask for your commitment to deliver outstanding quality and results that exceed client expectations. In addition, we expect your personal accountability in all of the service, actions, advice and results that you provide as a representative of Thrust Flight. In return, we are committed to providing you with every opportunity to learn, grow and stretch to  the highest level of your ability and potential in a fun, cooperative environment. We get students through our programs quickly and efficiently, but it's the process that sets us apart from the competition. Instructors enjoy our free monthly workshops, visits from our Airline Partners, and discounted additional ratings.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding flight instruction and mentoring to students, renters and customers
of Thrust Flight

• Promote and market Thrust Flight products and services to those you meet both at
work and in your daily life

• Adhere to Thrust Flight policies and operating procedures as well as all state, local and
federal laws and regulations

• Coordinate with dispatchers and other instructors to ensure safe and efficient

hours on a consistent basis and be on site at least 15 minutes prior to any scheduled session.
