Position Objectives:

The primary aim of this position is to deliver thorough administrative and office support to the Referral Coordinator and Medical Records Nurse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Referral Coordinator in the management of referrals and essential medical documentation.
  • Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, and mailing.
  • Efficiently maintain both electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Respond promptly to document requests and data inquiries.
  • Draft written replies for standard correspondence.
  • Support various administrative functions, including composing emails, reports, and memos.
  • Organize incoming communications for distribution.
  • Coordinate logistics for new hire orientations, including accommodations and meals.
  • Effectively support the on-call referral program.
  • Assist Human Resources with bereavement arrangements such as floral tributes and memorials.
  • Manage diverse office tasks, including maintaining monthly records and front-end responsibilities.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Qualifications:

A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with at least two years of experience in the healthcare sector.
