Overview: Soliant is in search of committed and skilled School Psychologists to become part of our educational team. This role offers a unique chance to contribute in a nurturing atmosphere with flexible work arrangements.
Position Details:
- Role: School Psychologist
- Employment Type: Full-time (37.5 hours weekly), with part-time options available
- Work Schedule: Hybrid model (3 days in-person, 2 days remote)
- Contract Duration: Academic year
- Target Grades: 2 positions for elementary (PK-4) and 1 position for middle/junior high (5th-8th)
- Assigned Campuses: 1-2 campuses
Educational Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related discipline
Licensure:
- Must hold a valid Texas license as a School Psychologist
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer psychological assessments
- Deliver counseling and psychological support services
- Engage in ARD (Admission, Review, and Dismissal) meetings
- Formulate and execute intervention strategies
- Collaborate effectively with educators, guardians, and school leaders
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Familiarity with special education laws and guidelines
