**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Engagement Trainer to join our team. As a Field Engagement Trainer, you will play a critical role in promoting sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences in Kroger stores.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Promote sales by preparing and introducing Kroger shoppers to food and beverage products through sampling and support leadership with onboarding new hires, training & coaching team members as well as demo set up and break down.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Kroger store managers and sales teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales growth.

• Provide training and coaching to sales teams on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.

• Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform business decisions and drive sales growth.

**Requirements**

• You're 21 years or older

• Can work 28-32 hours per week including a minimum of 1 weekend day

• Can stand for 4-6 hours while distributing samples in-store

• Can lift up to 40 lbs. comfortably

• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift

• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment

• Have experience training others

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner

• Have reliable transportation and valid driver's license

• Are willing to travel to multiple Kroger stores each week
