  • Technical Proficiency: Install, troubleshoot, and maintain various security systems while interpreting blueprints and operational manuals.
  • Effective Communication: Maintain clear communication with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction.
  • Service Documentation: Complete service acknowledgments accurately and obtain customer signatures post-service.
  • Emergency Response: Be available for on-call emergency service as needed.
  • Experience Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of documented experience with card access and CCTV systems.
  • Equipment Knowledge: Familiarity with test equipment, multi-meters, and commissioning devices.
  • Physical Capability: Perform physical tasks, including lifting equipment up to 50-70 lbs and working in various positions.
  • Flexible Scheduling: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet client needs.
  • Travel Requirements: Overnight travel may be necessary.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain truck inventory for prompt customer service.
  • Licensing: Retain necessary licenses as required by national, state, and local regulations.
  • Preferred Qualifications: NICET III certification in Special Hazard Systems or Level III in Fire Alarm systems is preferred.
