About This Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our Rooms Operations team as a Front Desk Operations Lead. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills, work closely with the Rooms Operations team, and contribute to the success of our luxury hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead front desk shifts, ensuring seamless guest arrivals and departures
  • Analyze financial data to contribute to budget management and identify opportunities for cost savings
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Train and mentor new staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED; 3 years experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area
  • OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 1 year experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area
Compensation and Benefits:
