Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure that all guest needs are met.
  • Manage cash transactions, handle credit card payments, and process refunds as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including room status, guest information, and payment details.
