Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Cardiac Catheterization Technologist to work in our state-of-the-art catheterization laboratory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiology and cardiovascular technology, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform high-quality cardiac catheterization procedures, including coronary angiography and intervention.
  • Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
  • Operate and maintain complex medical equipment, including fluoroscopy and angiography systems.
  • Develop and implement patient education programs to promote healthy lifestyle choices and disease prevention.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • ARRT certification in Radiography and Cardiovascular-Interventional Radiography.
  • AHA ACLS and BLS certification.
  • Florida state license as a Radiology Technologist.
  • 2+ years of experience in cardiac catheterization or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy and physiology.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
