About the Role:
The Pastry Chef Assistant plays a vital role in the success of our culinary team, ensuring the highest quality of pastries, cakes, and chocolates for our guests. Key responsibilities include preparing a variety of sweet items, collaborating with team members to meet banquet event requirements, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Passionate about baking and pastry arts
- Minimum one year of culinary experience
- Ability to operate commercial kitchen equipment
- Standing for 8 hours and lifting up to 50 lbs required
- Valid work authorization for the U.S. is a must
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of sweet items, including pastries, cakes, and chocolates
- Collaborate with team members to meet banquet event requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
- Assist in the preparation of special dietary items, such as gluten-free and vegan options

Hourly Rate: $23.70
