Field Claims Investigator Job Description

Hancock Claims Consultants Technicians offers a unique opportunity as a Field Claims Investigator. This role involves inspecting personal properties to create an inventory list of lost items. We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented individual who can provide top-tier claims support.

The successful candidate will have strong customer service skills, be professional, and have proficiency in oral communication. Additionally, they will demonstrate goal orientation, empathy, and a background in Insurance, field work, construction, or law enforcement (a plus but not required).

As a Field Claims Investigator, you will work independently, coordinating scheduling and traveling to various locations. Requirements include owning a mobile phone, reliable computer, valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. A high school diploma and demonstrated knowledge of MS Office applications are also necessary.

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
