Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Field Claims Investigator to join our team of independent contractors. In this role, you will conduct inspections of personal properties and create detailed reports.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct inspections of personal properties and create detailed reports
  • Travel to locations within 24-48 hours of first contact with the policyholder
  • Coordinate scheduling and communicate with clients
  • Demonstrate strong customer service skills and professionalism

Requirements

  • Own a mobile phone and reliable computer with internet access
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
  • High School Diploma and demonstrated knowledge of MS Office applications
