Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Therapist to join our team at Rogers Behavioral Health. As a Therapist, you will play a vital role in developing, coordinating, and facilitating direct social services to patients and their families assigned. You will work in an acute care setting that includes partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide therapeutic treatment services to individuals, groups, families, and significant others.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and effective treatment outcomes.
  • Document patient progress and treatment plans in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based treatments.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Full, independent licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • At least two years of experience in healthcare, preferably in a psychiatric setting.
  • Working knowledge of therapeutic interventions and techniques for all age groups.
  • American Red Cross Professional Rescue certification within 30 days of hire.
  • Formal training in the management of aggressive patients within 60 days of hire.
