Key Responsibilities- Support the deal team in managing commercial loan relationships, providing a risk management and objective focus to portfolio commercial loan relationships.
- Manage and monitor a commercial portfolio, recognizing and managing early warning signs for the portfolio on a recurring basis.
- Recommend changes in structure or account management strategy to address negative trends.
- Manage ongoing communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ongoing monitoring of financial trends, collateral trends, and liquidity.
- Recommend appropriate courses of action to address risk management and credit issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- 5+ years working in a financial institution.
- 3+ years in a transactional role.
- Demonstrate a strong level of commercial credit underwriting.
- Preferred: Syndicated lending and/or management experience.
