About This Role

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our Private Client Group in Andover, MA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving new revenue opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute plans to generate new business and expand our existing client base.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with high net worth clientele, referral sources, and other key stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends, create targeted marketing campaigns, and negotiate with carriers to ensure optimal pricing.
  • Collaborate with support staff to deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Identify and capitalize on cross-sell opportunities, ensuring a holistic approach to risk management.
Compensation and Benefits
  • A competitive salary of $95,000 - $150,000 per year, based on experience.
